Top 10 Medical Cannabis Strains 2018. Number 7: S.A.G.E. by T.H.Seeds

T.H.Seeds S.A.G.E. - Feminised

T.H.Seeds flagship product S.A.G.E. is another well known quality strain of cannabis and has held it's ground throughout the years. A powerful strain not to be taken lightly, S.A.G.E. has a much higher level of THC compared to a low level of CBD. This was designed for recreational use, however it has become popular in medical circles for helping ease symptoms arising from certain medical treatments.

S.A.G.E. is short for Sativa Afghani Genetic Equilibrium™. The strain is a beautifully balance Haze; predominantly sativa though crossed with a robust indica which gives it a flavour of spicy sandalwood, whilst being uplifting in character. The plant grows to 120-140cm with particularly large buds.

This strain has been used for it's benefits for many years (an original Cannabis Cup winner back in 2001!). The saying 'they don't make them like they used to' comes to mind.

Fast becoming legendary S.A.G.E.™ took 2nd place in the blind test of the 2001 High Times Cannabis Cup. The S.A.G.E. hash produced from this strain achieved 1st place in 2000. These awards are judged on quality and potency (strength).

In terms of the reported benefits, this strain can be used for a variety of conditions including extreme pain relief, however be aware this powerful plant has over 20% THC so there may be psychoactive activity. Flowering time is 10-11 weeks and each plant can produce upwards of 300-350 g/m2.

This is a feminised plant, meaning only female plants will grow. Considering a typical crop has half male and half female plants, and that only the female plants will flower, you are effectually getting twice as much from the same crop. (There is also time saved as there is no need to separate the crop).

Please be responsible and consider that the growing of cannabis and the cultivation of seeds is illegal in some countries, therefore please check the legal status in your country or state before growing any plants.
